The Research Gallery as a Platform for Design Education
This lecture will address the use of a research gallery space for exploring design issues from local and global perspectives. Based on Bruno Latour’s notion that “there is nothing global in globalization” this lecture will relate to the different international exhibitions which were presented at HIT’s research gallery touching upon the social and political role of design.
